Terms of Use for "岚泺牌" (Lanluo Brand) Templates

• Please read the template rules before purchasing.

• No drawing lessons or file export instructions are provided. Users are assumed to have basic knowledge.

• Digital goods cannot be refunded or exchanged once delivered. (If the seller sends the wrong template, you may request the correct one. The file sent by mistake is yours to keep as a free gift.)

• If you lose your files, you may request them again at any time by showing proof of purchase.

• The numbers on the layers and the numbers in parentheses in the PNG file names indicate the animation frame order.

Credit and Watermark

• When using a template to create character designs for sale, you must state that the template "岚泺牌" or “Lanluo Brand” was used.

• Fan art that is posted publicly must be censored or watermarked, and wide distribution should be avoided.

• Fan art here includes VTubers, streamers, content creators, celebrities, and anime or game characters.

What You May Do

• Accept commissions for personal use only.

• Draw OCs, fan art (FA), VTubers, and streamers (according to the license tier purchased).

• Modify the template freely and combine multiple templates.

• Draw fan art.

• Open fan art commission batches, provided the delivered images are censored or watermarked.

• Use the artwork as images or emotes displayed on screen in a livestream room.

• Print up to 10 copies per image per character, on a non-profit basis. (The same limit applies to outfit designs.)

What You May Not Do

• Do not redistribute, transfer, resell, or trade the files with others.

• Do not publish the blank base (with nothing drawn over it) in any form.

• Do not use the sample images included with the template to take commissions.

• Do not widely distribute uncensored fan art.

• Outfits included with a template may only be used with that template.

• Do not use the template to run a membership-based group.

• Do not use the template for hand-drawn animations (Animatic / PV).

• Do not use the template for stickers sold in the QQ or WeChat sticker stores.

• Do not use the template with AI, and never feed the files to AI.

Commercial Use

Templates come with two license tiers. The regular template price is Tier 1. Tier 2 requires an additional payment.

Tier 1: Standard Commercial License (included in the template price)

• Everything listed under “What You May Do” is permitted.

• Selling printed goods is not permitted.

• Making exclusive livestream room emotes is not permitted.

Tier 2: Special Commercial License (additional payment required)

• The price is 2.5 times the standard license. Buyers who already own the standard license pay an additional 1.5 times. (Fees not included.)

• Includes all Tier 1 rights, plus unlimited printing.

• Selling printed goods is permitted. (Clients who commission artwork may also print and sell.)

• Making exclusive livestream room emotes is permitted, provided they are censored.

• All other prohibitions remain in effect.

Do not use language gaps, wording interpretations, or ambiguity in the text to avoid or violate the rules above. If any part of these terms is unclear or open to more than one reading, follow the intent of the rules or ask the seller before use.
