Credit and watermark
When taking commissions, you must state that you used the "薯饼牌" or "Hash Brown Brand" template.
Fan art published publicly must be censored or watermarked (your own ID + the template brand name).
What you can do
Take Personal use commissions on any platform.
Modify the template, change colors, and use only part of it when taking commissions.
Draw for yourself, do art trades, and draw as gifts.
Self-print up to 30 sets.
Restrictions
Do not use the blank base (with no drawing over it) or the sample images that come with the template to take commissions.
Do not publish fan art publicly without registering and paying the difference.
Do not redistribute or resell the template to others.
Do not use the template with AI.
Commercial use requires purchasing additional rights before you can use the template that way. The template's base rights do not cover it.
Cases that require additional rights
Self-printing more than 30 sets (including free giveaways, and both non-profit and for-profit cases).
Publishing fan art publicly without a watermark.
Any commercial use beyond personal commissions, such as income-earning accounts (VTuber/streamer), shops, member/captain gifts, livestream rooms, and physical products.
Tier 1: Personal / Indie clients (usable after purchasing additional rights)
Once you have purchased commercial rights, the license covers only individual clients, independent VTubers, and small businesses.
A buyer who is an artist may use the purchased template to take commissions an unlimited number of times, with no additional license fee for each new client within this scope.
The buyer permits the client (the owner of the work) to use the "finished artwork" commercially, for example:
Use as a personal VTuber or streamer
Producing small quantities of souvenir merchandise
One buyer, one user: the right to use the template belongs to the buyer alone. It may not be transferred, shared, or resold, and the buyer cannot grant commercial rights or outright-purchase rights to others.
Do not publish or hand over the source files to anyone else under any circumstances. This covers the original layered file (PSD) and the blank model (the raw, unfinished file).
The buyer may deliver to clients only a finished flat image in PNG or JPG format.
Tier 2: Seller assessment required first
If the client or the use falls into one of the cases below, which are outside the Personal / Indie scope, the buyer must contact the seller to have it assessed and pay a separate license fee before proceeding.

Agencies or guilds (VTubers under an agency)
Mass production and sale of merchandise
