• A visible watermark must always be included when posting fan art publicly, along with the artist's ID and template credit.

• Displaying or using the artwork in live streams without a watermark is strictly prohibited.

• Drawing Original Characters (OC), Fan Art (FA), VTubers, and streamers is permitted.

• Personal artwork, art trades, and free gifts/giveaways are permitted.

• Distributing giveaways/merchandise to fans by VTubers or creators (in any quantity) is classified as commercial use and requires purchasing an extended/commercial license.

🌸 Commercial Licensing (Commercial Use) 🌸

Important Notes

• Commercial licensing fees are calculated on a per-template basis.

• Each license applies to one (1) single user and one (1) specific template asset only.

• This is a non-exclusive usage license, not a full copyright buyout or transfer of intellectual property.

Licensing Principles

• Client A wishes to use the template commercially → Pays the licensing fee to the template creator.

• Client B wishes to use the same template commercially → Must pay a separate licensing fee independently.

Example

• The template Late Night Phone Call has 6 variations with a commercial license fee of 804 THB; once paid, the license covers all 6 variations.

• Client A commissions 3 artworks (Variations 1, 2, and 3):

  • No commercial use needed: No additional licensing fee required.

  • Commercial use needed: The artist collects the 804 THB commercial fee from the client and remits it to the template creator; the artworks may then be used commercially.

  • If Client A commissions the remaining variations of the same template in the future (Variations 4, 5, and 6): No additional fee required.

  • If Client A requests Variations 1, 2, and 3 again for a new project/character: A new 804 THB fee must be paid, as it constitutes a separate project.
